Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, and parsley until well combined. Avoid overmixing.
  2. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. Shape the mixture into small patties about half an inch thick.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  5. Arrange the rissoles in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
