- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, and parsley until well combined. Avoid overmixing.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Shape the mixture into small patties about half an inch thick.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Arrange the rissoles in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached.
