  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack blend)
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • Olive oil spray
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder.
  2. Cook chicken in air fryer for 15-18 minutes until fully cooked. Flip halfway through for even crispiness.
  3. Shred the cooked chicken and mix with minced garlic and shredded cheese while warm.
  4. Place two tablespoons of the mixture onto each corn tortilla and roll tightly. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  5. Spray rolled taquitos lightly with olive oil. Arrange them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for an additional 8-10 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
