  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillets
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill or chives, chopped

Instructions
