Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (3 oz) red Jello (strawberry or cherry)
  • 1 package (3 oz) blue Jello (berry blast or blue raspberry)
  • 1 packet (1 tbsp) unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups boiling water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the red layer by dissolving the red Jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved, pour into a 9×13-inch dish, and chill for about 30 minutes until set.
  2. For the white layer, dissolve the unflavored gelatin in half a cup of boiling water. Mix in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Once the red layer is firm, pour the white mixture on top and chill for another 30 minutes.
  3. Create the blue layer by dissolving the blue Jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Let it cool slightly before pouring over the white layer. Chill until all layers are completely set (about 1-2 hours).
  4. Slice into squares and serve chilled.
