- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups boiling water
Instructions
- Prepare the red layer by dissolving the red Jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved, pour into a 9×13-inch dish, and chill for about 30 minutes until set.
- For the white layer, dissolve the unflavored gelatin in half a cup of boiling water. Mix in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Once the red layer is firm, pour the white mixture on top and chill for another 30 minutes.
- Create the blue layer by dissolving the blue Jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Let it cool slightly before pouring over the white layer. Chill until all layers are completely set (about 1-2 hours).
