  • 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or microwave until smooth. Stir in the Baileys and set aside.

  3. In another clean bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold melted chocolate into the whipped cream, then fold in the beaten egg whites carefully.
