Description

  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets (steamed and chopped)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Steam the broccoli florets until tender but bright green (about 5-7 minutes). Cool and chop.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
