  • 4 cod fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or oregano)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Pat the cod fillets dry and place in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried herbs.
