  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Drizzle olive oil in a baking dish.
  2. Add halved cherry tomatoes and drizzle with more olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and red pepper flakes; toss to coat.
