  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
