  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the sliced flank steak in soy sauce for 30 minutes.
  2. While marinating, cut broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and water to create the sauce.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and stir-fry the beef until browned but not fully cooked (about 3 minutes).
  5. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3 minutes until bright green.
  6. Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli, cooking until well-coated and bubbling (about 2 minutes).
