Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour
  • Unsalted butter
  • Granulated sugar

  • Cream cheese
  • Powdered sugar

  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  2. Press the dough into mini muffin tins, creating an indentation in each shell for filling.
  3. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
