Description

Blueberry Swirl Yogurt Bites are a refreshing and nutritious treat that combines creamy Greek yogurt with plump blueberries, delivering a sweet-tart flavor explosion in every chilled bite. Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Silicone mold (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Rinse the blueberries and pat them dry.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries without crushing them.
  4. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds until three-quarters full. Tap to remove air bubbles.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid. Once frozen, carefully remove bites from molds and serve immediately.
