  • 3 lbs beef brisket
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 medium yellow onions, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Gather and prep all ingredients, chopping onions and mincing garlic.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the brisket for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
