  • 4 large eggs (room temperature)

  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  4. Fill each muffin cup halfway with the batter.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown without opening the oven door during baking.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving hot. Brush with melted butter if desired.
