  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup diced dill pickles
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water; cook macaroni until al dente according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Drain and rinse the cooked pasta under cold water. In a large bowl, combine pasta, beef, cheese, tomatoes, pickles, and onion.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and gently mix until well coated.
