  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
  • 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, about 6-7 minutes per side. Let rest before shredding.
