  • 12 fresh jalapenos
  • 1 cup button mushrooms, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté chopped mushrooms until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
