- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 package (1 lb) pizza dough
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked; dice into bite-sized pieces. Add minced garlic in the last minute of cooking.
- In a bowl, mix diced chicken with Alfredo sauce and Italian seasoning until well coated.
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick; cut into large circles.
- Spoon filling onto one half of each dough circle, fold over, and seal edges using fingers or a fork.
- Brush both sides lightly with olive oil and preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place calzones in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
