- 1 cup heavy cream (240ml)
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (100g)
- 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta (225g)
Instructions
- 1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and let rest.
- 2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 3. Lower heat and add heavy cream and soy sauce; stir to combine. Gradually mix in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy.
- 4. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; reserve some pasta water before draining.
- 5. Slice chicken and toss with cooked pasta in the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
