- 1 package (17.3 oz) puff pastry sheets
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium if preferred)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Egg wash (1 egg + 1 tbsp milk)
Instructions
- Cook diced chicken in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink. Add frozen vegetables, chicken broth, and heavy cream; stir to combine.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer gently while preparing the pastry.
- Roll out thawed puff pastry sheets on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick; cut into circles (4-5 inches).
- Place filling on one half of each circle, brush edges with egg wash, fold over, and seal with a fork.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush tops with egg wash, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
