- Zucchini (firm)
- Cherry tomatoes
- Pasta (penne or fusilli)

Instructions
- Slice chicken sausages into bite-sized pieces and chop zucchini into half-moons. Keep cherry tomatoes whole.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sausage pieces and cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
- Stir in minced garlic, chopped zucchini, and whole cherry tomatoes. Cook until zucchini softens (3-4 minutes).
- Boil salted water in a separate pot and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
- Combine drained pasta into the skillet with sausages and veggies, mixing well. Add reserved pasta water as needed for desired sauce consistency.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped basil or parsley before serving.
