- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil chicken breasts in water for 15-20 minutes until no longer pink. Let cool, then shred with forks.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, and shredded cheese until well mixed.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto one side of each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Place rolled taquitos seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
