- 2 tbsp oyster sauce

Instructions
- Slice the beef against the grain into thin strips. Chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces, and mince the garlic and ginger.
- Marinate the beef by mixing it with soy sauce, cornstarch, and half of the minced garlic in a bowl for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the marinated beef until browned (about 3 minutes per side), working in batches if needed.
- Add remaining garlic, ginger, and broccoli to the skillet; stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the broccoli is bright green but still crisp.
- Pour in oyster sauce mixed with one tablespoon of water; stir well to combine and simmer for an additional two minutes until slightly thickened.
- Serve over steamed rice or noodles, drizzled with sesame oil.
