Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream butter and both sugars until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time along with vanilla until fully incorporated.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined—do not overmix.
  6. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets about two inches apart and bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie after removing from the oven. Allow to cool before serving.
