Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil; mix according to package instructions. Pour into a greased pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Allow the cake to cool completely before crumbling it into fine pieces in a large bowl. Mix in half a cup of frosting until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small triangular tree shapes.
  4. Melt chocolate melts according to package instructions; add green food coloring to achieve your desired shade. Dip each shaped tree into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
  5. Place on parchment paper and decorate with sprinkles while still wet. Chill in the fridge for about an hour until set.
