Description

Cinnamon Roll Bliss Bars are a delightful treat featuring a gooey cinnamon filling and buttery goodness, perfect for any occasion. Easy to make and utterly irresistible!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until blended.
  3. Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until just combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread half the batter in the pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture on top.
  5. Dollop remaining batter over the cinnamon layer and sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon mixture. Swirl gently with a knife.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and set in the middle.
