Description

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  2. In another bowl, mix milk and eggs until smooth. Gradually combine with dry ingredients without overmixing.
  3. Knead the dough gently on a floured surface for about 30 seconds and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C). Cut dough into squares and fry until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towels and dust generously with powdered sugar before serving.
