  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add seasoned chicken breasts. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and slice into strips.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  4. Return sliced chicken to the skillet along with cooked linguine. Toss gently with lemon juice and red pepper flakes until well-coated.
