Description

Creamy Cajun Steak Alfredo is a rich and satisfying dish, featuring tender steak and fettuccine enveloped in a spicy, creamy sauce that will elevate any dinner occasion.

Ingredients

  • Sirloin or ribeye steak
  • Fettuccine pasta
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Heavy cream
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and sear seasoned steak slices for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove from skillet.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  4. Add heavy cream to the skillet, bringing it to a gentle simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in freshly grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Return cooked pasta and seared steak to the skillet, tossing gently to coat everything in the sauce. Serve immediately.
