Ingredients
- Sirloin or ribeye steak
- Fettuccine pasta
- Cajun seasoning
- Heavy cream

Instructions
- Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and sear seasoned steak slices for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove from skillet.
- Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
