Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, stir constantly until bubbling. Add Parmesan cheese and mix until melted; adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
