- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 cup low-sodium beef broth

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté chopped onions until translucent.
- Add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic; cook until mushrooms are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
