  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 cup long-grain rice, rinsed
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
