  • 1 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 8 oz fresh burrata cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Boil salted water and cook the pasta until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water.
