- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup flour (any type)
- 2 tbsp tahini paste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then let them dry.
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, garlic, cumin, coriander, and onion; pulse until slightly chunky.
- Add flour and lemon juice; blend until mixed. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on parchment paper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray falafel with olive oil.
- Air fry for about 15 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- For the tahini dip, whisk together tahini paste, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and water until smooth.
