Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and cut the potatoes into even wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika (if using). Toss in potato wedges until fully coated.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned wedges and toss gently.
