Description

Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges are a crispy, cheesy delight perfect for snacking or as a side dish. Easy to make and bursting with flavor, they are sure to impress!


Ingredients

  • 4 medium Russet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into even wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika (if using). Toss in potato wedges until fully coated.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned wedges and toss gently.
  5. Arrange the wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
