- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare cauliflower florets by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour mixed with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; another with almond milk; and the last filled with panko breadcrumbs.
- Dip each floret in the flour mixture, then in almond milk, and finally coat generously in panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat and fry each floret until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain excess oil on paper towels before serving hot.
