- In another bowl, mix flour and salt. Add melted butter and the yeast mixture; stir until combined.
- Knead dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the risen dough, roll it out to a rectangle about half an inch thick, and fold into thirds.
- Place folded dough in a greased loaf pan, cover with a cloth, and let rise again for 30-40 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
