- 1 lb (450g) ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
- 1 large egg
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Shape the mixture into patties about 1 inch thick.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Lightly spray both sides of the rissoles with olive oil.
- Place rissoles in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
