Description

Air Fryer Chicken Rissoles are crispy, juicy patties bursting with flavor, making them an ideal choice for both quick dinners and impressive appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties about 1 inch thick.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  4. Lightly spray both sides of the rissoles with olive oil.
  5. Place rissoles in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
