- 1 lb asparagus
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lay large sheets of aluminum foil on a baking tray. Place one salmon fillet on each sheet.
- Surround the salmon with asparagus spears. Drizzle olive oil over both, then season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped parsley. Mix well.
- Pour the lemon garlic butter sauce over the salmon and asparagus.
- Fold the foil tightly around the salmon packets to seal in steam.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
