Instructions
- Prep Ingredients: Wash and trim the asparagus; cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Cook Pasta: Boil salted water, add pasta, and cook until al dente. Reserve half a cup of pasta water before draining.
- Sauté Chicken & Asparagus: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown. After 5 minutes, add asparagus.
- Add Garlic & Cream: Stir in minced garlic for 30 seconds; add cream if desired.
- Toss Everything Together: Combine drained pasta with the skillet mixture and reserved pasta water to achieve desired sauce consistency.
