Instructions

- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth; let it cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Beat until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing in the vanilla extract afterward.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix this into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips and sprinkles.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft. Cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
