Ingredients

  • Graham cracker crust
  • Jell-O gelatin (any flavor)
  • Boiling water
  • Cream cheese
  • Cool Whip
  • Sugar
  • Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into a pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
  2. In a large bowl, dissolve Jell-O powder in one cup of boiling water, stirring for about two minutes. Add one cup of cold water and let cool slightly.
  3. Blend softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Gradually mix in milk until creamy.
  4. Fold half of the Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture. Pour half of the Jell-O mixture into the baked crust.
  5. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the first layer, then pour the remaining Jell-O on top. Refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
