- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 cup diced dill pickles
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- While pasta cools, chop dill pickles and red onion.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Combine cooled pasta with dressing, chopped pickles, red onion, and fresh dill. Fold gently until coated.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for flavors to meld. Serve cold.
