  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack blend)
  • 8 oz classic nacho cheese Doritos
  • 2 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken breasts until golden brown; shred into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Combine shredded chicken, diced tomatoes (drained), cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic, and chili powder in a bowl; mix well.
  4. Layer half of the crushed Doritos in the baking dish followed by half of the chicken mixture and half of the shredded cheese. Repeat layers.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
