Description

Delight your family with these fluffy, whimsical pancakes shaped like bunnies, topped with whipped cream and chocolate chips for a festive breakfast treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup whole milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter
  • Chocolate chips (for decorating)
  • Whipped cream (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add milk, egg, and melted butter; mix until just combined (lumps are okay).
  3. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for the bunny head and two smaller circles for ears.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface (2-3 minutes), then flip and cook for another minute until golden brown.
  6. Decorate with whipped cream for ears and chocolate chips for eyes.
