Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Add milk, egg, and melted butter; mix until just combined (lumps are okay).
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for the bunny head and two smaller circles for ears.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface (2-3 minutes), then flip and cook for another minute until golden brown.
- Decorate with whipped cream for ears and chocolate chips for eyes.
