- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 cup labneh
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- In a large pot of salted water, cook spaghetti or linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season salmon with salt and pepper, then sear skin-side down for about 4 minutes until golden brown. Flip gently and cook for another 3 minutes until flaky.
- In a bowl, mix labneh, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add drained pasta to the skillet with salmon; break salmon into chunks. Pour over labneh sauce and mix well, adding reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
