Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 packet (0.13 oz) Kool-Aid powder (any flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 1 teaspoon citric acid
  • Lollipop sticks

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, mix 1 cup of water and 2 cups of sugar until dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool for about 5 minutes, then stir in the Kool-Aid powder.
  3. Gradually whisk in the gelatin and citric acid until fully combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into silicone lollipop molds, insert sticks, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  5. Once firm, remove lollipops from molds and enjoy!
