Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 medium sweet yellow onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 sturdy hamburger buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of oil and sauté the sliced onions until golden brown (10-15 minutes).
  2. Push the onions to one side and add ground beef to the other side of the skillet. Cook until browned (5-7 minutes), breaking it apart with a spatula.
