- 1 cup pineapple juice (freshly squeezed or store-bought)
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (ripe)
- 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- Popsicle molds
Instructions
- Blend coconut milk, pineapple juice, fresh pineapple chunks, honey or agave syrup, and lime juice until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours until solid.
- To release pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds.
