- 1/2 cup cocoa powder (50g)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (60g)
- 1 tsp espresso powder (5g)
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in granulated and brown sugars until smooth.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then whisk in eggs one at a time followed by vanilla extract until combined.
- In another bowl, sift together cocoa powder, flour, espresso powder, and salt. Gradually fold this dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for at least ten minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Slice into squares and serve warm or at room temperature.
